The following are some common enrollment messages you might encounter when enrolling new members to LITIX Academy.

"Please Wait" | Enrollment in progress | We have received your information and your enrollment is being processed. |
"Warning: Unable to enroll" | This user is handled by your district's auto-enrollment feature. Please contact support for clarification regarding this user. | Your district participates in the “auto-enrollment” system. This means that every day we receive an updated list with users and their enrollment. The user you’re attempting to enroll is already included in this list.. Please contact your HR department with any questions. |
"Enrollment Successful" | This user has received login instructions. The Dashboard will update within 24-hours. | Everything ran smoothly! Your changes have been saved. You will not see this user in your Dashboard right away. The Dashboard updates every 24-hours. |
“Email Error” | Could not process request. Please verify email format. | The email address is invalid. |
“Missing Fields” | Could not process request. Please make sure all mandatory fields are filled out before submitting. | You missed a mandatory field. Please ensure all fields are filled out before proceeding. |
"Unenroll Unsuccessful" | Please contact support@arxed.com. | The workflow ran into an unidentified problem. Please contact the administrator to solve this. |

You missed a header in the file. Please make sure the file column headings are: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, even if they are left blank. |
