My training video will not load or it has stopped working.
If your training video does not load or stopped working, please try the following steps:
1. Use the Google Chrome web browser as it works best with our platform
2. Clear the Google Chrome cache and cookies and reload the ArxEd website
3. If steps 1 and 2 are unsuccessful: please contact your IT support for assistance
